POPSUGAR Must Have Box February Review

PopSugarFebBox

Just after I moved to NYC, I cancelled all my subscription boxes. While I was in save mode, the main reason was really that I just didn’t have time to try all the samples from my Birchbox or that I couldn’t finish all the cookies from Barkbox. However, I did continue to try and swap items through My Subscription Addiction, while continuously reading the new reviews. One box I’d been wanting to try for a long time was the PopSugar Must Have box. Every month when I read the review, I loved every item that was in the box and tried to swap for it. So, when I saw the spoiler alert for the January box, I decided to sign up. Unfortunately, it was too late and I started with the February box, but it’s still awesome!

For February, PopSugar partnered with Victoria’s Secret for some awesome items. In total, I received eight items:

Tilo Heart Print Scarf – value $125

I love this scarf. I do have a ridiculous amount of scarves already, but this one is so comfy and cute. The fact that it’s gray means it goes with just about everything. And it’s so soft and warm! I won’t have trouble adding this to my wardrobe this winter.

Beautycounter Nourishing Cleansing Balm – value $80

This is the only item that I haven’t tried yet from the box. Since NYC is getting hit by some major cold, I decided to hold off since my skin is already super irritated from the -3F weather.

JewelryStorm Endless Arrow Ring – value $28

I love getting jewelry in subscription boxes. So much so that the first box I’d signed up for was Cate and Chloe, but because of the high monthly fee, I ended up terminating my subscription. However, small little items like this ring are perfect. It’s comfortable and super shiny, and just adorable. A lot of people who received this ring complained about it being too small, but it’s similar to an adjustable ring. If you pull the top apart, where the arrow parts are, it stretches out a bit.

Fringe Studio Hello Beautiful Square Tray – value $14

I thought this tray was super adorable as a jewelry tray. Since I already have a jewelry box that I really like, I’ll be listing this item to swap.

Victoria’s Secret Coconut Milk Hydrating Body Lotion – value $18

This lotion smells so good!! I love the small of coconut, so much so that all three of my shampoo and conditioner sets in my tub right now (don’t ask why I need three…) are some version of coconut. But this lotion isn’t overpowering. It’s nice and smooth and just a hint of coconut.

Foodstirs Heart Cookie Mix – value $25

This was an obvious and great idea to include in the February box for valentine’s day. I baked them this morning and it was super easy. The recipe card says it makes 15 cookies, but I made 39. Maybe mine were a bit thinner that recommended? Either way, it’s delicious, despite the fact that I forgot to add the sprinkles!

Victoria’s Secret Sport Sock – value $5

I somehow manage to destroy my socks. I go through a lot of pairs, and was just thinking the other day that I needed to buy a pack of white socks since I just recently cleaned out and threw away nearly 10 pairs. These are so comfy!

Victoria’s Secret Reward Card

We got a $20 rewards card for Victoria’s Secret which is pretty awesome, since that’s half the price of the box!

Verdict

Overall the box had a value of $315, well worth it when I paid just $40 for it! I love all the items and will/have used all of them. If I didn’t already have a jewelry box, I would’ve kept the jewelry tray which is so cute. So excited for next month’s box already!

Use this link and I will receive $10 off a future box.
