Cate and Chloe - April
When I decided to sign up for all those subscription boxes at the same time, I was probably most excited for my Cate and Chloe box since I love jewelry. After my first box was a bit of a miss, I reached out to customer service to further customize my box. I'm happy to say that they absolutely understand what I was looking for, and I loved this month's items!
As all subscriptions boxes, Cate and Chloe included a card with a description of the items for this month's box.
Mona "Ambitious" Bracelet - value $89
I absolutely love this bracelet. Liz from My Subscription Addiction received this bracelet in her March box, and I loved it when I saw it in her review. When I contacted Cate and Chloe, I mentioned this bracelet, so they sent it in this month's box. Can't complain, since it's pretty much exactly what I asked for. It can be worn either way, with the line of crystals across the top or with the pearls on top.
Ashlyn "Nature" Double Strand Leaf Necklace - value $89
I also loved this necklace. I don't typically wear gold colored jewelry, but I liked how simple and elegant this was. It is long enough to be draped over your collarbone with the leaf and pearl adding just a slight touch of texture to it.
Verdict:
I loved both pieces of this month's box, but at $40 a month, I just couldn't continue with this subscription. While I love jewelry, $40 is too much to spend every month without knowing that I'll like the product, so I've gone ahead and cancelled this subscription.
